Removal of wood porch and replaced with new rendered block work and UPVC windows and door. Inside was insulated, dry lined ready for decorating and skirting installed around the perimeter.
What was once two rooms with two entrance doorways, is now a large open room with new T&G wood flooring. The floor was concrete levelled before a membrane placed and flooring laid over the top. To open up the room, a new lintel was added, doorways removed and all finished to a high standard with plastering.

Rebuilt a block wall in places and rendered the 20m length and adding coping stones to finish off.
